You will need to enter this information only once when using the application for the first time. To see if your dealership is ready for mobile access, check for your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedEVO desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. The Lightspeed app is only available to hosted LightspeedEVO customers. Part of that comparison involves looking at what would be required to integrate a 3rd party CRM. Technicians can view repair order labor, clock in and out of jobs, and view job information directly from their mobile device without having to access a desktop computer. We are setup with Lightspeed EVO (a CDK Global product) for our dealership DMS and over the last month I have been comparing the Lightspeed CRM to others that are available on the market.

The LightspeedEVO app is available free of charge to all dealers running the hosted LightspeedEVO application. It provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedEVO dealer management system.

We plan on building the same functions into this new app and once that's done, the old LightspeedEVO app will go away. The old LightspeedEVO app will still be around so you can continue to use those functions. We're just getting started, so not all of the functionality from the old app is here yet.
